    International Development Bank (IDB) Launches the Central Bank of Iraq's Electronic "Complaint Management" Platform for Its Clients

    As part of its commitment to enhancing transparency and improving the quality of banking services in Iraq, the International Development Bank (IDB) has announced the launch of the Central Bank of Iraq's electronic "Complaint Management" platform for all its clients. This platform aims to empower citizens to submit their complaints regarding financial and banking institutions easily and securely online.

     

    The platform is designed to serve as a direct channel for citizens, enabling them to file complaints electronically and track their progress—contributing to the improvement of banking service standards. Clients can register their complaints either by scanning the QR code or by visiting the following link
